Quadriga Forges New Partnership with India

By admin

IndiaMapQuadriga Consulting Ltd and Siddhi Management (SMC) are forging a partnership designed to support UK and Ireland based companies get into the Indian market.  Siddhi Management has been working with UK companies for the last 3 years .

Over recent years UK companies have looked to India as an outsourcing centre rather than a market in its own right.  However the Indian economy is growing fast – with GDP growth averaging around 8% over the last few years.  Many UK companies are now establishing sales and marketing presence in India – but need support setting up operations and finding channel partners.  Researching the market is also an issue – the Indian market is vast, and ensuring the right entry strategy is critical.

According to Jeffrey Peel of Quadriga Consulting, “We have been receiving a greater volume of enquiries regarding India as an investment location and place to do business.  Many local companies have established successful operations in India.  Therefore we were keen to find a like-minded firm that had our mix of skills – marketing and finance – and could be our eyes and ears in India.  SMC’s principals are from both marketing and operational finance backgrounds and match the skills that Liz and I bring to clients.  Therefore, it made sense for us to create this partnership.”

Pankaj Muthe, SMC’s Principal Consultant, agrees that there are great mutual opportunities.  “We are excited to be working with Quadriga Consulting and hope to be meeting some potential clients over the next few weeks in the UK and Ireland.  But in addition to the local services that we hope to provide – through Quadriga Consulting – to UK clients we also hope to be able to help Indian companies to get more up to speed on the way UK companies do business.  Therefore it’s a 2-way process.

“Over the last few months we have been involved in an initiative supported by UK Trade & Investment focused on opportunities for UK companies in the Indian security market.  We know there are equally strong opportunities in other vertical markets.”

UK or Irish companies interested in meeting with Jeff and Pankaj to discuss the Indian opportunity should contact us.  They plan to be holding meetings in London, Belfast and Dublin in early November.
