Leader in Scripting for Microsoft CRM to Showcase in Denver

Warrington and Belfast, April 25, 2007 – TeamKnowledge, the market leader in scripting tools for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (and Quadriga Consulting client), has announced it will be showcasing its TeamKnowledge Dialogs product at the Microsoft Global Partners event in Denver from July 10-12.

TeamKnowledge has built a huge reputation in several market sectors by providing a process-driven scripting tool that fits seamlessly into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. This means that client companies can easily roll out contact centre, self-service or in-person web based customer engagement processes that fully integrate with back office CRM. The company is now seen to be the definitive provider of such scripting tools for Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers.

According to Joe Cassidy, a Director of TeamKnowledge, “we want to tell all Microsoft partners who sell Dynamics CRM solutions, just how easy it is to maximise the potential of the Microsoft CRM product by adding our process driven scripting tool. The fact is that by implementing our TK Dialogs solution on top of the Microsoft platform, customers can hit the ground with real, effective operational CRM from day one of implementation. Too often CRM implementations fail because they are not sufficiently outward looking.”

He continued, “we have partnered with Quadriga Consulting, our marketing consultants, to tell the story about TeamKnowledge Dialogs in Denver. Microsoft Partners who would like to schedule some time with us should contact Jeff Peel of Quadriga Consulting who will arrange for a slot to provide an overview of the product and the market opportunity.”

Towards Citizen-Focused Local Government – Quadriga Study

Quadriga Consulting, the ICT sector market analysis and consulting firm, today announced the launch of a major new research project designed to paint a much clearer picture of the current status of transformational change in local government.

Manchester City Hall

The role of technology as an enabler in delivering effective and efficient services, information sharing and the take up of public services is a common theme in the context of ‘transformational government’.  The research assignment will be designed to focus on how local authorities are going about implementing a transformational strategy.

  • The survey will focus on the following key topics:
  • The emergence of national standards on service delivery and citizen satisfaction monitoring
  • The need for the evolution of public services in a digital world where most commercial services are customer-centric: how citizen-centricity can be achieved
  • Designing services to meet the rising expectations of local consumers of services
  • How technology can become a more important tool to assist authorities to focus on their core competencies
  • How technology saves money in processes and administration, and provides flexibility in delivering services and enhancing public perceptions
  • How authorities are achieving joined-up service delivery and maintaining accurate records and audit trails
  • How authorities are achieving information-sharing to deliver citizen centric services and facilitate better transactional processes

According to Jeffrey Peel, Quadriga Consulting’s CEO, “There is a growing need for local authorities to develop better ICT resources that will enable partnership at all levels and departments, suppliers and with the voluntary sector.  In addition there is the growing need for authorities to co-operate and develop shared services models.  The survey will allow us to build a better picture of current state of play in local government.  Every UK authority will be invited to participate and we are actively seeking the involvement of the ICT vendor community to help define the scope of the study.  Findings will be shared with participants and the vendor community.”

Quadriga to Survey UK Local Authorities on CRM

Quadriga Consulting will be launching a new UK-wide study into customer relationship management in local authorities across the UK.  The survey – based on a unique web and blog based outreach programme – will build a picture of CRM directions and drivers in the local authority sector.  The questionnaire is likely to be fielded in early March 2007.  Results will be made available at a unique event later in 2007.  Commenting on the study, Jeff Peel, MD of Quadriga Consulting commented, “many local authorities are using CRM as an important means of transforming citizen facing processes.  The study will focus on uncovering how authorities are approaching CRM initiatives, what tools they are assessing and success measurement approaches.”

New look…

Davy McDonald, our illustrious designer, has given us a new look.  Still featuring the Quadriga horse-head device the branding is now a tad cleaner.  We thought it was appropriate to celebrate our 5th anniversary.  The new Quadriga blue is now on our stationery, business cards, and even on our WordPress masthead.

Quadriga Comp Slip

We’re sometimes asked, “what’s with the horse?”.  Well Quadrigae were chariots used in ancient Rome.  Drawn by four horses they, apparently, went at quite a pace (think Ben Hur etc.).  The four idea is a play on the 4 Ps of marketing.

5 Years…

Today is Quadriga Consulting’s 5th Anniversary.  On the 2nd of January 2002 we started trading and, since our first month, we’ve been profitable.  Nearly all the work we undertake is international, and our client list in pretty equally divided between mobile software/services and enterprise software.

5 Years Old

We hope to grow even more in 2007 and would like to thank our clients for their business over the last five years.

Microsoft Dynamics and LRG

Quadriga Consulting has been commissioned to write a report, for Microsoft Dynamics, on the current state of play regarding CRM in local and regional government.

Microsoft Dynamics

The report should be published in the New Year.  The White Paper will focus on the current state of play re. CRM in the sector, the regulatory environment and will refer to case studies across Europe and beyond where local authorities are redefining citizen relationships based on CRM initiatives.  If you are a local authority and would like to tell us your CRM story please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Quadriga at 3GSM

We’ll be at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona from February 11, 2007.
