Building Business Evidence

Thought Leader Conferences

Quadriga Consulting has organised several sector defining international conferences, seminars and thought leadership panels.

Noted for our network of international associates, business contacts and speakers, we have organised conferences focused on next generation government, cloud computing, mobility and social media. As a boutique consultancy, we’re almost certainly one of the most influential.

At the heart of our events is social media. We use social media to build momentum around our events and to engage speaker interest. We often live web-stream our events, encouraging interaction via social media. Post event we encourage discussion via on-demand long-form video content.

By way of example, our Government 2010 event, held in London in late 2009, broke new ground as an online event.  Publicly live web-streamed using a 5-camera live broad broadcast crew, we streamed live for over 6 hours and had 35 speakers from all corners of government. The event was watched live in nearly 30 countries and hundreds of cities.  It also created some 80 pages of Twitter content on the day of the stream.

Some two years after that event we organised CITIZEN 2012 - focused on next-generation citizen engagement.  The event took place on June 28 in Westminster, London and was live broadcast to an international audience.  CITIZEN 2013 is planned for June 13, 2013.

Here are just a few of the comments about some of our events.

Today’s Government 2010 shindig was a best of breed conference about open government with a great line-up, packed agenda and well-orchestrated live stream.
Neil Williams, Head of Corporate Digital Channels at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).

Much impressed with live streaming of #G2010 conference yesterday, with tweeted questions put to speakers in real-time.
Tony Collins, Editor, ComputerWeekly.com

Thanks to everyone who helped organise, participated in or tweeted about Government 2010 today. It was a GREAT event.
Stuart McRae, Collaboration Evangelist, IBM

G2010 yesterday, lowering the carbon footprint of an event by moving live audience participation on-line. Will this become the new model?
Connect Bristol initiative (Twitter message)

Very good conference. Definitely worth following the videostream. Thank You.
Neil Moore – Head of ICT at Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service.

More recently we organised the inaugural Mobile Cloud Summit event.  Involving 25 speakers all of the video content is now online – and we plan to hold our second Mobile Cloud Summit and Government Cloud Summit in 2013.

We also work with client organisations to create sector defining thought leadership events and road-shows.  Our editorial independence allows us to create unique, engaging events that never lose sight of key themes and topics.
