Jeffrey Peel, Managing Director of Quadriga Consulting Ltd, is the author of CRM Redefined (Butterworth 2002) and is a former VP of CRM software company Amacis – now part of ATG.
Jeff has advised many companies on CRM strategy and has been retained by a number of leading CRM software vendors – such as Microsoft – to help advise on CRM product marketing strategies.
Jeff now specialises in helping companies improve CRM processes by better understanding their customers through primary research.
As a former researcher in two of the world’s largest custom research firms he has worked on customer process focused engagements for clients including BT, Dun & Bradstreet, Microsoft, IBM, Hewlett Packard, 3Com and many early to mid-stage brand owners.
