  • Messaging workshop and copy development for ICSA Software – in conjunction with London based copy agency Stratton Craig.
  • Mobile Cloud Summit – conceptualised and organised this thought leadership event in conjunction with Taylor Wessing – the international law firm.
  • Digital Megatrends – for Oxford Economics.  Sub-contracted to project lead the multi-client assignment for PwC, Citi, Cisco, AT&T and SAP.  Chaired two international thought leader panels using Cisco/AT&T Telepresence in London, New York and San Francisco.
  • Government 2010 – a major live-streamed thought leadership conference on next-generation government sponsored by IBM and Microsoft.  Currently developing the Government 2012 event.
  • An assessment of market opportunity for a new MEMS-based radio frequency semiconductor – (for the University of Edinburgh).
  • New Web 2.0 based site/eCommerce site build for Provita – a leader in natural animal health products.
  • The www.crea8ivity.com project – building and maintaining a digital content focused web site for a government department (one year assignment for the Department of Enterprise, Trade & Investment).
  • Family satisfaction research (three year tracking) for the Historical Enquiries Team – part of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
  • A UK-wide ‘focus study’ on the potential for outsourced CRM services in healthcare (for BT).
  • Assessment of VARs, SIs and ISVs operating in public sector sub-verticals in 12 international markets (for Microsoft).
  • 16-country assignment on law enforcement software markets across EMEA and Pac Rim (for i2 Software).
  • EMEA wide study and white paper report into student use of messaging and collaboration technologies (for Microsoft Education EMEA).
